Public readiness and accountability

Trust &
Standards

The operating standards used to keep ULYARC MEDIA factual, accessible, professionally bounded, and clear about what is released, live, registered, or still in development.

01

Public claims

Company descriptions, project status, record totals, and professional claims should match verifiable public information. Awards, partnerships, clients, coverage, or production status are not claimed without support.

02

Registry integrity

The House and Social Video Registry provide organized public records and continuing project history. They do not replace government registrations, contracts, deposits, licenses, or formal chain-of-title documents.

03

Rights clarity

Public records identify creators, rights holders, official destinations, and inquiry routes without implying that every right is available or that a public listing grants permission.

04

Accessibility

The website uses semantic structure, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, strong contrast, reduced-motion support, labeled forms, and responsive layouts as part of launch readiness.

05

Privacy and data restraint

Public pages avoid unnecessary account systems and data collection. Business forms request only information needed to review a professional inquiry and should not receive confidential creative material.

06

Corrections

Factual correction requests are reviewed when they identify the page, disputed statement, and supporting source. Corrections are made without quietly converting opinion or preference into fact.

07

Submission boundaries

ULYARC MEDIA does not accept unsolicited creative material. Receiving a business message does not create confidentiality, representation, review, compensation, partnership, or restriction obligations.

08

Status discipline

Released, live, active, registered, and development labels have different meanings. Development pathways are not presented as completed productions or public releases.
