Website content is owned by or used with permission from the identified rights holders. Individual books, web properties, and other creative works remain subject to the authorship, ownership, edition, license, or agreement information applicable to those works.
The House as public ownership and provenance notice
The House preserves organized public claims of authorship, ownership, publishing relationship, authorized destination, and rights routing. House records are intended to create a continuing corroborating provenance trail around ULYARC works. They do not create copyright, certify legal title, or replace government registration, contracts, source files, deposits, assignments, licenses, or other formal evidence.
Copyright protection and registration are separate
For eligible original works in the United States, copyright protection generally begins when the work is created and fixed in a tangible medium. Copyright registration is a separate federal process with distinct legal benefits and an official public record. The House is a private ULYARC record system and is not the U.S. Copyright Office or a substitute for federal registration.

Public notice
Copyright notice can inform the public that ownership is claimed and identify the copyright owner. The House extends that notice function by connecting a work to a stable House Record ID, its stated creator or rights holder, official destination, record history, and professional rights route.
Public record does not mean public license
Making a House record publicly viewable does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, adapt, republish, commercialize, scrape, remove rights information from, or otherwise exploit protected expression. Any exception or permitted use remains governed by applicable law or an express license.
File fingerprints
Where an authoritative source or deployment artifact has been supplied and retained for a record, The House may display or preserve a SHA-256 fingerprint. A cryptographic hash can help identify whether a later file is byte-for-byte identical to the fingerprinted artifact. A hash does not by itself establish authorship, ownership, first creation, or copyright registration.
Registration information
When official registration data has not been supplied and verified, the public record may state that copyright is claimed by the identified rights holder and that no federal registration information is displayed. The absence of displayed registration information is not a statement that no registration exists.
Copyright concerns
A good-faith copyright concern should identify the work, the affected page, the claimant or authorized representative, contact information, the basis of the claim, and the requested action. Send non-confidential notices to contact@ulysessortiz.com.
